Josedech. [Jo'sedech]

Father of Joshua, or Jeshua, the priest, who returned from exile, and superintended the rebuilding of the temple. Hag. 1: 1, 12, 14; Hag.

2: 2, 4; Zech. 6: 11. He is called JOZADAK in Ezra 3: 2, 8; Ezra 5:

2; Ezra 10: 18; Neh. 12: 26. Perhaps the same as JEHOZADAK in 1
